Masashi Kishimoto (Artist of the Week)

Masashi Kishimoto is well know for his manga Naruto. Naruto is among one of the most successful manga comics internationally. His blend of art and drama brings the eyes of many manga readers to tears. Naruto has now reached its 14th anniversary that started in 1999.
Masashi Kishimoto has inspired me ever since the début of Naruto in 1999. His arts bring fantasy and true action into life. I extremely love his manga and his artistic talents. Here are some of his works from Naruto.

Ms.Jones's Video Response

I believe that everyday life relates to art. If it was not for everyday life, how can innovation begin for artists? We see physics and math and we can relate such to photography or even still life drawings. I personally believe that what innovates artists comes from everyday life actions. From my personal experience, I love every day effects on art.

I-Spy

A German Spy
His name is much forgotten but have anyone ever played the game I-Spy? As a child I always played it and sometimes the game would outsmart me. I would fail and try to find the item over and over again. I find it as art because the way the author can hide items along many items can bring art to life. The way the pieces are arranged brings a world of its own. The German Spy wanted to transform his dangerous experience into an experience for children. This artist inspired me because he transformed from being a soldier into an artist who  wanted to inspire children all over the world. I-Spy is now an extremely famous game that everyone has played in their childhood.

imcreative from deviantART

I suddenly became extremely interested with the Arabic alphabet and the art that such words can produce. I checked deviantART and I found an artist with a blog name called imcreative. His actual name is called Khalil El-Shorbagy.
His does work such as typography and logography. Most of his works are composed with the Arabic alphabet mainly because he speaks Arabic and writes in Arabic. His art is so smooth and beautiful that it inspired me to do a work that also included the Arabic alphabet.
Here are some of his works:
